We use only the best quality cottons which not only have a more luxurious hand to them, but also take on the dying process better and like other natural fibers breathe along with the wearer’s body.
Our sleeves are set into place by hand with a forward pitch for maximum movement and comfort.
Our collars and cuffs are top-fused only for an impeccable appearance on the outside and maximum comfort on the inside against the skin.
Australian Mother of Pearl buttons are cut from the thick center of the pearl which has given Brioni dress shirt buttons an incredible reputation for strength and durability.
Over 40 pressing stages throughout the production cycle gives a Brioni Dress Shirt a near perfect presentation for when it hits the sales floor while each pressing stage serving as a “quality check-point”.
